Doubletree Resort By Hilton Lancaster - Willow Street

Loved its caring and very attentive staff.

We only stayed 1 night, however the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for us.

Breakfast was cold and the delph was old and dirty looking

Loved the attention to detail that this resort demonstated to the guests. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant had the best food and reasonably priced. Great cook! We would definitely stay here again!

The location is great and stunning, 1 mile from Willow Valley Golf Course. My must haves' are a tidy, luxurious room with the bedroom, jacuzzi plus a nice view. The hotel staff is welcoming and pleasant.

Disappointing breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

Family vacation with ups and downs

The kids loved the indoor play area and the pool was still fun for everyone. We appreciated the early check-in that allowed us to settle in before the chaos of the day began.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was acceptable.

Totally recommend for resting at all

Comfortable bed, cozy room, with great water pressure in the shower and a fantastic indoor swimming pool for the kids to enjoy.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully decorated lobby and the serene atmosphere around the lake. The facility was well-maintained and accessible.

Improve room service timing for better convenience.

The indoor water park was a hit with the kids, and having a jacuzzi tub in our room was perfect for some relaxation. Plus, the arcade kept them entertained when we wanted downtime. We felt looked after .

The indoor water playground was perfect for our little ones, allowing them to splash around while we relaxed nearby. The king suite offered ample space and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with options like an omelet bar and crepes. Some areas felt dated, and while the staff were pleasant, they seemed overwhelmed during busy periods.

The indoor pool was a highlight for us, especially for my daughter. We spent hours swimming and enjoying the water playground. The warm chocolate cookies at check-in were a sweet surprise, made our arrival even better. The staff were super friendly.

My kids wished there were more dining options available for families. It would be great to have a kid-friendly restaurant on-site to make meal times easier.

A Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

The pool's chlorine level was overwhelming was good. A heads-up about large events would be appreciated. Try to book a room away from event spaces for a quieter stay.

We enjoyed the indoor pool and the arcade. The location is perfect for a day out at the Lancaster Central Farmers Market and shopping at the outlets. A highlight was the golf course and putting range, it was such a fun experience!

The only downside was the air conditioning in our room. It cycled on and off intermittently, a bit annoying .

great access to parks and local attractions nearby

During my recent weekend stay, I loved being just a short walk from D.F. Buchmiller County Park, a beautiful green space perfect for leisurely strolls, and it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the Neighborhoods of Old Town Lancaster were only about 4 km away, offering charming streets and historic landmarks to explore. My family really enjoyed the comfortable Queen Room with Two Queen Beds we booked, but the hotel could improve the dining options for a better overall experience.
